ZAPE LIMITED (ZAPE) is committed to achieving the highest quality standard throughout its Civil Construction, Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation, Onshore Pipeline Laying, Facility Maintenance, by consistently providing and delivering the customer quality product, excellent services and support which will satisfy and exceed client requirements and in turn enable us to attract our client’s trust and respect.
To achieve this mission, the top management of ZAPE is committed to:
- Satisfying all applicable requirements by ensuring that clients and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements are determined, understood, and consistently met.
- The continual improvement of the QMS by ensuring the risks and opportunities that can affect conformity of products and services and the ability to enhance customer satisfaction is determined and addressed.
- Ensuring the focus on enhancing customer satisfaction is maintained.
- The purchase of quality materials and equipment that are environmentally friendly.
- The continual improvement of our expertise through personnel training, teamwork, effective communication and by encouraging creativity and innovation.
ZAPE aims to achieve this through the consideration of the internal and external issues that affect its ability to achieve the intended results of its QMS and the monitoring of the requirements of her relevant interested parties. To assist with the above, we have implemented a management system that meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 .
This policy provides a framework for setting and reviewing the process-based quality objectives, with performance indicators monitored/evaluated monthly. These objectives will also address conformity to ZAPE products & services stated above, legal requirements and client’s satisfaction.
This policy will be communicated to all employees, understood, and applied within ZAPE. All employees and contractors are expected to cooperate and assist in the implementation of this policy, while ensuring that their own work, as far as is reasonably practicable, is carried out without risk to themselves, others, or the environment. This policy will be reviewed annually by top management and where necessary will be amended and re-issued. Previous versions of this policy are archived, and the current version is always available to all relevant interested parties through the company’s website, company profile and office boards.
